If you're going to do summer sales make sure you don't have a "base pay" they will make it sound easy to achieve but more than half the reps didn't get it and therefore were paid out at 20%. Also, don't sign for anything less than 30% in your first year.

What I liked
Loved the sense of personal responsibility regarding our work schedule and the way we paced ourselves each shift. Loved being able to do physical work that allowed me to problem solve
What I wish was different
I wish the technology we used had been more consistent, as it sometimes made submitting reports and finding stops difficult.
Advice
Don't allow the sometimes stressful days tear you down. It is hard work and it can be stressful but if you work hard and hustle it is worth it
