What I liked

My favorite thing was to help people start at a very basic level and develop their sales skill through hard work. I feel like I had to work really hard to gain the skills that I have.

What I wish was different

Better retention as a team leader. It was really hard to have people go home after putting a lot of work into their success.

Advice

For anyone looking into door to door sales, I'd just like to remind people that it's a real job and not just a gig. This is something that add great value to your life. Do your research and ask the hard questions before signing up with any company. A lot of D2D companies try to recruit off similar benefits.

It was really rewarding because it was the hardest thing I have ever done and I was happy I accomplished it.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have gotten a fanny pack to carry snacks in everyday, I would have also carried a sweat rag.

Advice

I would say buy a segway! You will get more doors knocked and be in a better mood since there won't be blisters on your feet.
