What I liked
MountainSeed is a great place to learn and grow your skills for your career. The company has great core values that they uphold everyone too. They will help you get where you want to go within the company(although this could take some time) or outside of the company at another job. The whole office is newly renovated with a fully stocked kitchen and the front lobby is a game room.
What I wish was different
There isn't anything that I would change about this experience.
Advice
If you take initiative to figure out things on your own and try to help the team improve, you will be able to move up faster within the company.
