I like how much professional experience I have been able to gain from this internship. I have been able to write General Plans for multiple cities and towns in Utah as well as present these plans to City Planning Commissions and City Councils. I know that learning and enhancing these skills will help me greatly in my future career.
I've also gotten to go out on trails across Utah County to hand out surveys to those using the trails. This interaction has been fun and analyzing the responses from that has been very interesting and insightful.
