What I liked
I like the work environment and getting to handle the newborns. That was my favorite.
What I wish was different
Some of the disorganization of the unit made it difficult to get things done and communicate well with other employees without causing hurt feelings or bad vibes in the workplace. Management needs to be more involved.
Advice
Whatever you do, do it fully. Be committed when you come on shift and continue to be committed through it all, no matter what comes your way.

What I liked
I enjoyed getting to be in a hospital setting.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more work for me to do. Sometimes it got really slow at the hospital when no patients were checking in.
Advice
When a person comes into a hospital grumpy it is probably due to the fact they have to be at the hospital, not because you did anything wrong to them.

I wish I’d made money.

Definitely worth it if you can get a scholarship. Even though it was unpaid, I got a lot of good experience and a job.
