What I liked

I have loved working with the staff onsite at the apartment complex. It is a great company that treats its employees well.

What I wish was different

At times the manager is never there so it feels like we have no direction on what we need to do, or what we can improve upon.

Advice

Go in with an open mind and work hard, it is easy to fall behind if you do not stay on top of everything.

More help with Marketing, I am the only Marketing person.
