Really strong leadership. Received lots of mentoring, was given autonomy to work on projects that I could learn new skills from instead of ones that centered around what I already know how to do. Good pay. Fun people to work with. Close team. Most importantly to me - was given the opportunity to interview candidates for full-time positions; this helped my own interviewing skills and helped me learn how to get in an interviewer's head.
What I wish was different
More structure - KT operates as a startup in many ways, and this is one of them. Very little on-boarding, for example.
Advice
Definitely recommend it, you will learn a ton (both technical and soft skills) and you will probably have a manager you respect and will remain friends with long after the internship. Awesome opportunity for career mobility as well.

Sales Operations Intern
July - September 2017 • San Francisco, CA
What I liked
Excellent leadership, fun work environment, interesting projects. Very young company in terms of employees - average age seemed to be ~25, and company is growing quickly.
What I wish was different
My boss was the COO and was often very busy with other projects, so I felt that the internship lacked mentorship and structure. I was able to thrive by pursuing projects that interested me, but this lack of structure was sometimes frustrating.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask co-workers who you'd like to learn from out to lunch! No one will turn you down, and it is a great way to get a lot out of an internship.
