I loved that even though I didn't have the skills needed when I first started out, I was able to learn on the job and as I went. Also, the team was very good at pointing out higher-level strategy-type decisions that I'll be able to apply in similar jobs for years to come.
What I wish was different
Advice
The company is sizable and numbers-oriented. Many employees are happy to chat about their work, the field, or career aspirations, but you have to get the ball rolling; that's how to make the most of your time there.

What I liked
I was given the opportunity to be completely integrated into the day-to-day operations of the company, and was made to feel like a valued contributor to our team's production.
What I wish was different
Sometimes the work got to be a little repetitive, some more variety in my daily activities would have been valuable.
Advice
I would strongly recommend being proactive and seeking out and asking for the opportunities that you find particularly exciting or engaging.
