What I liked

The engineers and maintenance staff at Morton Salt are so supportive and have taught me a lot! I have been able to gain on the job, hands-on experience in an industrial environment. There is only one electrical engineer at Weeks Island, so I have been able to observe and help with a very diverse range of projects.

More involved and been able to lead my own bigger project.

It is a great opportunity to excel yourself as an engineer. Look for opportunities to do what is unexpected and will provide a benefit to your co-works or company.
