The mission of the Earl S. Richardson Library is to support the academic programs of Morgan State University, an urban doctoral research university. The Library provides resources and services to sustain learning, teaching, research, service, cultural and extra-curricular enrichment. Departments within the Library include Circulation, Government Docs, Multimedia Center, Technical Services, and the Library Administration.
