I love being a part of the team here at Montgomery McCracken. I am treated with the respect that a full-time employee is given. I love being exposed to our robust servers, interesting meetings, and other side projects as well.
What I wish was different
I wish the trolley was more consistent everyday. It makes things difficult when the weather is snowy.
Advice
Be honest. When tasked with a project, it's better to ask questions and be honest about what you do and don't know. Communicate with your boss and build a good communication friendly rapport.
