I wish we could have arrived before everyone finished planting

Learn as much as possible and talk to everyone. You never know who might be your boss one day.

Freedom in how I went about completing my projects.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have done more hands-on work with machines and things along that line.

Advice

Don't be hesitant about anything. If you have a question about something you are working on, even if it is a very basic question, don't be afraid to ask it because you feel like you will be judged for it. You are there to complete projects and they want you to use every resource available to you to be able to do that.

I got practical experience to add to my theoretical and analytical education. They treated meas an actual engineer and thus I got to experience more.

What I wish was different

I would have liked more clarification on expectations and more chances to meet with supervisor on my progress.
