The work environment is unique. Your coworkers are more than glad to help you and there's no such thing as "asking too many questions". If you have a doubt or question they are there for you. Work schedules are also extremely flexible and lenient.
What I wish was different
My position is worked remotely, I wish I could visit the several companies we work on.
Advice
Personally I would recommend you apply for a position in any of our companies, you won't regret it!

What I liked
I really enjoyed working with the kids and getting to know them and their families. I gained a lot of knowledge in regards to athletic development and expanded my creativity. I also loved the work environment as it was always upbeat and exciting.

Advice
I had a really great experience and this is a really great job! One piece of advice I would share is make sure that this is something you are passionate and excited about as those qualities are key for the job and overall experience!

What I liked
I like the flexibility Momentum has especially with college students! They allow students to be both a student and an employee while keeping an important balance. Momentum is very supportive and flexible when it comes to balancing work and school!

Don't be afraid to ask for help! Everyone at Momentum is always ready to help you when you need it whether it be with a project you're working on, question you may have, anything you need, Momentum leadership will always be there to help!
