Their encouragement and the accessibility to various resources. Also the decent pay for the interns is really appealing.
What I wish was different
I do not think there sas anything less they would do for the interns. Their way of interning college students is really great!
Advice
Before my internship, I had no idea how things work on real world. This was one of the best opportunities to understand the workflow of normal work life and better prepare for a full time job role.
