Being surrounded by a young team of professionals made a big difference. Having older bosses can be intimidating, but working with someone closer to my age definitely helped adapt to the professional environment.

I wish I had been able to attend the Employee appreciation event !
Advice
Be prompt with submitting reports! They move fast so if you get stuck on your project it will take a long time to catch up.
