What I liked

I personally enjoyed working with a vast number of coworkers who had a wide variety of skills. This was my second summer working for this company, which has allowed me to take on the leadership role of taking the lead during moves. This required me to work with contracts and explain to the customer what he or she is signing.

What I wish was different

I wish my boss didn’t have such terrible business ethics. On a weekly basis, he would cut my wage and short my hours. This problem seemed to show up across our branch and caused a huge problem with the employees moral.

Advice

My piece of advice that I took from this experience is to always file every little thing that goes on in the business that you work for because you never know when you will need said information.
