Fantastic Supervisor, fair pay, learned a couple of good hard skills (how to write memos/reports on very short timelines).
What I wish was different
Interns are very uninvolved in the larger company structure, a lot of people didn’t even know the company had interns, extremely inconsistent work load, poor diversity and work culture.
Advice
It’s a great way to earn some money and learn some great basic skills but if you want a more complex and rich learning experience, combine this internship with at least one other internship/job, if I hadn’t have had another internship and a remote job I would have gone insane with boredom.
