Corporate Finance Intern

What I liked
I really enjoyed how much responsibility I received in my position. It was a really good opportunity to help me understand what a real corporate finance position would look like, and if I would like it.
What I wish was different
Honestly, there is not anything I would have wanted to be different. I was challenged, encouraged, and properly prepared for the projects I was given. This internship was structured really well!
Advice
You are not expected to know everything, in fact there is a lot you won't know. However with the basic knowledge of classes as a foundation, the different projects you do will start to bring everything together. Let yourself be a sponge and take everything in, and always ask questions!

It was my second summer with the company so after my first I had asked to get some design experience and I was able to work with their high voltage switchgear division design team.
