Interning at Mitchell Metal has imparted me with cross-discipline skills and qualities, providing me with greater knowledge and understanding of the construction business explicitly relating to engineering ,project cost estimating, and subcontractor-contractor relationships . I established newfound confidence in myself and my abilities strengthening my career development. Initially, I was hesitant in my workplace roles but the professional team creates a pleasant work environment that fosters growth and development.
