Frontier Ranch is a part of Mission Springs Conference Center located in the Redwood forests of Santa Cruz County, a 15-minute drive to the beach! We are here to help you renew your wonder, revive your faith, and refocus your purpose in Christ.
Frontier Ranch is a youth camp working with students entering 4th - 12th grade! We hire counselors, adventure staff, photo/video, ranchers, mini bike instructors, surf instructor, and more! Spend 8 weeks serving 200 campers a week with 50 plus other amazing staff members. One or two weeks of training prior to the start of camp.
