What I liked

The work environment, itself, was really great and all of my coworkers were amazing. On top of that, I learned far more than I anticipated about the industry and my intended career field (Creative Producing), as well as sharpening my skills in talent/writing evaluation.

What I wish was different

Honestly, nothing. If anything, I wish I could've continued working there, but it was an unpaid position and I had worked there for 7 months by the end of my two terms there. If they had room for a full-time opportunity, I wouldn't hesitate to go for it; I just really enjoyed my time working there.

Advice

Always find a way to make yourself useful. The phrase "no task too small" feels like a cliche, but showing off a strong work ethic is one of the best ways to be remembered by employers and keep network contacts for a long time. Even if the task doesn't feel relevant to your work, give it your full effort and stay professional, it could really go a long way.
