My supervisor on the research project was fantastic. I was encouraged to try something new and expand my capabilities outside of my comfort zone. I also found researching the nonprofit economy to be quite fun.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time. I feel like the breadth and depth of the project was vast and there is so much I could have written about. The research portion of the project took me over a month so when it actually came down to writing the report I did not have as much time as I wanted to to really flesh it out.
Advice
Time management is key. This experience was a lot of work and had many different steps, so it is crucial that you make a schedule and stick to it.
