The staff was small but very friendly! Caring and very accommodating and supportive. Great people to work with! Lots of access to trainings and resources when you have nothing to do.
What I wish was different
More focused work; I was interested in public policy and expressed this often but didn't get to do as much as I wanted to. Worked 25 hours a week and the majority of it I spent not doing anything valuable
Advice
Do as many trainings as you can! And take initiative-- ask for what you want early and assertively! Express your goals for the internship from the beginning
