What I liked

I liked the environment that was provided to better optimize our motivation levels. There was helpful collaboration from colleagues both beside, and above you, in terms of rank. The employment gave great insight to the operations of a company within the technology industry.

What I wish was different

I wish there was more opportunity for growth. Changes in management and pay structure made me loose motivation to work hard. There was a lot of repetition.

Advice

You must know what your daily life is going to be like, and do not complain when you go through the slumps that are inevitable in the cold-calling world.
