I like how interactive the job is and being a potential role model for the students. I make bonds with some of the students and not only do we learn together, but we also connect on a deeper social level.

Advice
One piece of advice I would share about this experience is the learning experience as a college student is great and beneficial. You improve communication and problem solving skills, and are able to make an impact in students' lives.
