What I liked
Interacting with the kids on a more social level while still assisting their learning.
What I wish was different
At times, you may have to be a sub at another school site. This can be challenging if you do not own a car. Most sites are on the east side though, so with prior notice it still works out.
Advice
Children notice everything and just want to be treated kindly. Be open minded and have fun with them! Your impact will be remembered.
