JOB DESCRIPTION(S)
(1) We have an opening for Valet & Front Desk Attendant for one of our luxury living facilities. In this position, you will be serving as the first point of contact with our residents. This position is focused primarily on providing customer service and valet services for our residents, as well as making other accommodations when needed. A professional appearance and demeanor is imperative.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting residents in the valet lane
• Assist residents with luggage, belongings and packages
• Learning to comply with all operating standards to ensure safe and secure storage of all vehicles
• Maintaining the upkeep and appearance of the entrance, driveway, lobby, and break room
• Processing all packages and mail; delivering to the appropriate residents
Requirements include:
• Open availability weekdays and weekends
• Punctual, organized, and strong attention to detail
• Superb verbal communication skills
Other Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background check and Drug test
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Ability to stand for long periods at a time
• Ability to work mornings or evenings
Compensation: Valet - $8.50/hr + bonus; Security - $12.00/hr
