Greater communication and shadow opportunities with established employees of the station.
Advice
Be prepared to say “yes” when ever asked to do something. The station appreciates outgoing and helpful individuals on staff!

What I liked
It was very much a family feel. Everyone made me feel right at home. I got amazing opportunities to be an on-air talent every time I was at the station. It was also an active job that involved constantly moving and dealing with people every day.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have gotten the opportunity to go with a sales team on calls to shadow.
