I enjoyed working there for the time that I did, and they paid me quite decently.
What I wish was different
I wish the management had been different, we were always short-staffed, and the kitchen could not keep up with orders at all, especially when we were busy.
Advice
Be prepared to cover a lot for the kitchen, and to be treated a little poorly when it is busy by the kitchen staff. Although, when all goes well, servers make pretty good money, and everyone seems to be happy.
