I really loved working with the kids, and also being able to develop my classroom management skills.
What I wish was different
I wish there was better communication between the administrators and employees. It felt very disconnected, which I found odd considering the small number of people that worked there.
Advice
Being flexible with the schedule is key, also aiming to create memories is much more affective than trying to drill information into the kid's heads.
