I loved the freedom of helping with multiple events on various occasions. I got to work closely with community members. I enjoyed helping be apart of the first annual Green Flag Challenge.
What I wish was different
I would do it again! I recommend it for many people. It was a fun summer and great experience.

Integrity is a big part of this job. You have a lot of responsibility and can make this experience the best thing on your resume!

What I liked
The hours I was getting was nice, got a lot of overtime pay which was awesome. I also enjoyed the people I worked with including my managers. On top of all of that I got some super cool opportunities and got to see all of the events at MIS for free.
What I wish was different
I honestly can’t say that I could complain about anything, I think they do a very nice job at MIS.
Advice
If you get the opportunity, then take it. As a college student you won’t fin a much better job to make money. Super consistent schedule so you will get plenty of hrs. Also, they are flexible with your schedule outside of work so that is nice as well. On top of that you will get experiences that you would have never gotten if it weren’t for this job.
