The HR group at Michael Kors is amazing. Everyone there is very helpful and open with interns. I get to work on real projects that manager level workers complete. They also are very open to expanding my tasks and projects based on my interests. My boss also set up meeting with other VPs in areas I am interested in!

Advice
Make sure to speak up and be ambitious! I had work handed to me, but a lot of my projects were created based on conversations with my co-workers. Speak up in weekly touch bases or team meetings about where you can add value.
