Even though you may not be working on the most exciting projects, make the most out of what you are given and do your best. People will recognize you if you have the right attitude and have a good work ethic.

What I liked

Very engaging coworkers, MG2 knew what architecture interns needed to progress towards certification, a wide variety of work to increase skills

What I wish was different

First two weeks was a lot of training, would have wished to be more knowledgable in AutoCAD to start with,

Ask questions, most coworkers will take time to answer any relevant questions

What I liked

Great employees that were willing to answer questions about anything. Had many people that had graduated from Cal Poly prior and enlightened me on different aspects of future years. Also, had a great intern program that brought together all the interns across the firm for events like Intern Design Competition, Escape Room, Lunch with the CEO, etc.
