What I liked
There was plenty of chance to grow both professionally and within the organization.
What I wish was different
The only area of growth would be communications between different departments.
Advice
Be open. Although some of the work seems mundane, it prepares you for more opportunities. If you want to take on more, just ask. By proving you can handle the little things, the supervisors will trust you with any task you would want.

I wish I hadn’t chosen to work such long shifts.
Advice
Definitely make sure that everything is set up correctly. When I first started, my internship was not set up through the correct department so that caused some problems.
