I loved working for Metropolitan Hospitality Group. They were very flexible with hours as I was still in high school when I originally started working there. I worked at the Open Road Merrifield location for MHG and you can tell that all of the managers and even higher ups in the company really care about their employees.
What I wish was different
The winter months can be a little hectic as there are fewer hosts working, so I wish we could have hired more hosts, but that might not have been something they could control.
Advice
Get to know your coworkers. It made this job a lot more enjoyable, and I was able to form bonds with different types of people.
