“Working as an emergency room medical scribe you get all the experience without the direct patient care. Between 5 to 12 hour shifts, I follow an emergency medical physician from room-to-room while the Doctor physically examines patients. My job, is to document all aspects: history of present illness, review of systems, physical exam, course updates, and more directly into the patient's chart.”
