What I liked
As a manager I tend to have great relationships with my employees and hear them out. I am the leader and as a leader I plan on making the store and the employees look/feel successful.
What I wish was different
I had people working for just summer and they were actually really good, so I wish they would of stayed but they had to go back to campus.
Advice
As a manager you must have patience, listening, and teaching skills in order for you team members to be successful.
