Mesquite ISD is conveniently located on the east side of the thriving Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Our district spans 60 square miles along the I-635 corridor from I-20 to I-30 including the communities of Mesquite, Garland and Balch Springs, as well as areas of the city of Dallas. We serve more than 38,000 students attending 52 campuses organized into five feeder patterns, which help us keep that small town feel!
