Mesa Solutions is a great company to work for, very friendly coworkers, hard-working team members and a very close-knit community. Mesa strives to prioritize your values and personality over what you know... you are way more likely to hire you if you fit their team over what you are taught or the title you have. Pay is good, good benefits a great experience.
What I wish was different
There is really no structured introduction process, so some things can feel a little disjointed in what you are taught versus what they expect of you, but they are currently in the process of revamping it, to better bring their interns and new hires up to speed quicker. Workload varies sometimes being swamped with work, to no work at all. Be ready to do jobs that are outside of your offer letter verbiage.
Advice
Mesa cares more about who you are outside of school as team and family are their number 1 priority. Be prepared to step outside your comfort zone in what you were taught in school so you can grow as a person and become a better engineer and person all around.
