What I liked

I genuinely love working at Mesa County Partners. Being a crew supervisor has given me so many experiences with youth that I will be able to use in my long-term career. They work very well with my school schedule, I'm outside all day, and gaining great experience in the Criminal Justice field.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have volunteered in their mentorship program to gain even further experience.

Advice

This job can be hard at times working with teenagers but at the end of the day it is so rewarding. Making a difference in these kids lives is so valuable to them and to you. Go for it and stick with it.
