I was able to work at my own pace because I was provided an organized detailed list of all the required work to be completed.
I mainly focused on maintenance issues and preparation for new tenants.
What I wish was different
I have no complaints just wish I would have been doing managerial work in the A/C.
Advice
It’s exhausting and can become a monotonous job, but it comes with job security. There is always something that needs fixin’.
