Relaxed work setting. Definitely a meeting culture to get tasks completed. There are plenty of opportunities to network with other departments if you are interested in transferring roles.

-Test driving the cars
-Contributing to meaningful projects (like the launch of the first Mercedes EV)
What I wish was different
-More projects that involved creative problem solving
-Never got to do any engineering design or problem solving (even though this was presented up front to me in the interview)
Advice
-Your attitude and your impression on others is just as if not more important than the quality of your work in a corporate environment. Engineering prowess does not carry as much weight in the professional world as your personal skills.
