The atmosphere of the company. Everyone was very inviting and willing to help me learn. I also enjoyed how small the intern group was, we became very close and got to learn about other departments in insurance through each other.
What I wish was different
The hourly wage wasn't the best.

Don't be afraid to ask questions and explore the company. People are very willing to share what they know, or help you learn what you want to know!
