What I liked
I loved the people I worked with and the regular customers that came in. It became more like a family than a workplace.
What I wish was different
Any career in customer service can be very difficult and at times customers can make working feel unrewarding. However unless people have worked in customer service themselves, the way employees are treated is unlikely to change
Advice
One thing to remember about working in customer service, is that customers are often belittling, impatient and not very understanding.

I wish I had been moved out of the dish out sooner, but i have goals to be a server/bartender when i return

Everyone should work in the service industry at least once in their life. People who eat at restaurants are awful.
