What I liked

I loved how Melink is a small company. It truly gave me a chance to slowly enter myself into the world of business with a small and manageable workload. Everyone was so kind and helpful since we are all so close to the core values and CEO of the company. Steve Melink, the founder, takes his time to get to know every employee. Each associate is closely knit and the performance of you truly affects the performance of your peers so everyone is always giving it their all.

What I wish was different

Honestly none. Melink has given me the opportunity to rotate jobs, have a flexible schedule and has given me fair pay. They truly treat me as an associate and not just a co-op.

Advice

I'd say to truly use your personal peers to search for a Co-Op and then even while you're in a co-op, keep networking with people there to build up your resources and knowledge. Even if you don't love your current co-op, you can still meet people in your co-op that may help you discover your next dream co-op.
