What I liked
I liked the team atmosphere of the workplace that alleviated the stress in high pressure situations.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more knowledgeable managers at our location so that the same two people would not have to deal with the stresses of managerial work.
Advice
It's important to remember that when you're working as a team it's better to focus on the overall outcome instead of getting caught up on what the individual team members are contributing.
