I liked how intimate and tight knit all of the departments were. Collaboration and communication is at a high there which I appreciate and enjoy very much.
What I wish was different
I wished that there was a small guideline or more detailed task to my assignments there.
Advice
Do not be afraid to invest your time at first into a small company. Get your feet wet and really start in the nitty gritty. Closing line, “ you have to start somewhere!”
