The culture of MFJ was amazing and I got a great opportunity to work on interesting projects and own entire processes.
What I wish was different
There was some slight lack of clarity regarding organizational chain, but it was minimal and didn't impact much of anything.
Advice
Learn process automation software especially if you're a CS major. Things like Maven and Jenkins are invaluable when you have to go into a workforce and develop your own tools.
