It was very fun and I enjoyed working with my coworkers and talking to the residents.
What I wish was different
Sometimes I wished there were more employees so that it was not understaffed, but I understand that employers are currently dealing with a shortage in the workforce and not many people are applying for jobs.
Advice
Its good to talk/ interact with senior citizens because they are some of the nicest people in the world and they are very knowledgable. Also, it can really make their day just by talking to them and helping them with anything.
