What I liked

i liked how there was room to grow it was small clinic not busy at all not a lot of pressure at the job simple and easy tasks

What I wish was different

I wish the person who had hired me asked me what the training process was going to be like. I want to preface that this is a small business with only two employees. He hired me, and that's how they became overstaffed and couldn't fit me in the schedule. Doctor Rana claimed that I wasn't certified, and that was the reason I was terminated. However, that is false given that two of his employees are not certified. I worked there for 3 days and was fired. Please don't work here or apply. He already has two people working for him, and I think that's enough.

Advice

I think the person who hired me wrongfully terminated me. I thought this was a good opportunity to gain clinical experience. He never asked in the interview process if I was certified, then hired me and then fired me 3 days later because I was not certified, and his employee Rahima is not certified either. He couldn't properly train me and was too lazy to teach me anything. His employees were training me, while the person training me said the doctor trained them how to do things, and that wasn't the case for me.
